What Bliips are on Bliish, when to use them, and why they are limited to friends.
A Bliip is a small friend-to-friend nudge. You can Bliip friends, but not yourself or people who are not friends with you.
A Bliip is a quick nudge for a friend. It is lighter than a message or wall post and is best for saying hello, getting attention, or being playful with someone you already know.
Open a friend's profile or friend action menu.
Select Bliip.
Wait a little before Bliiping the same person again.
You can only Bliip accepted friends.
You cannot Bliip yourself.
Repeated Bliips to the same person are slowed down so they do not become spammy.
