By accessing or using Bliish, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Bliish. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 13, that you are a human (not an automated bot), and that your use will comply with all applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us immediately at hi@bliish.com. We reserve the right to reclaim or reassign usernames that are inactive, misleading, or that violate these Terms.
You may not use Bliish to: post illegal content; harass, bully, or threaten other users; impersonate any person or entity; distribute spam, chain messages, or unsolicited promotions; upload viruses, malware, or any software intended to damage systems; scrape, crawl, or harvest user data by any automated means; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its infrastructure, including through brute-force or denial-of-service attacks; interfere with other users' enjoyment of the service; or post content that infringes on intellectual property rights. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
You retain full ownership of all content you post to Bliish. By posting, you grant Bliish a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute your content within the platform solely for the purpose of operating the service. This license ends when you delete your content or account. You represent that you have the rights to any content you post.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines, without notice and at our sole discretion. Repeated violations will result in account termination. Bliish is not liable for any content posted by users.
Bliish may contain links to third-party websites or services posted by users or displayed as part of content. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party sites or their content, privacy policies, or practices. You access third-party links at your own risk.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or other feedback about Bliish, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you. Do not submit feedback that you consider confidential or proprietary.
The design, code, graphics, and other materials on Bliish are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.
Bliish is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bliish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).
